We are delighted to offer worldwide shipping to our valued customers. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with their orders.

When you place an order, our system will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your selected items and the shipping options you choose. These estimated delivery dates will be displayed during the checkout process.

We offer a fixed shipping rate for orders within the United States and Canada. International shipping charges are calculated by UPS. Additionally, residents in Houston, Texas have the option for same-day delivery with Uber Direct, Monday through Friday, provided the order is placed before 6 pm.

NOTICE:

International orders may encounter unpredictable border taxes or tariffs that are not in our control.

 

Should a Houston, TX order be placed for Uber Direct after 6 pm, Monday through Friday, the system will automatically default to shipping, and your item will be dispatched accordingly.

 

 Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, please follow our hassle-free return process.

For customers with an account:

  • Customers can submit a return request by logging into their customer account on the dearmodesty.com storefront, finding the order they wish to return and clicking the Return Items link.
  • Customers will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded.
  • You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • If Dear Modesty agrees to your inquiry, returns are on us and we will send you a return label via email.
  • The item(s) must be in new condition.
  • The return item(s) should not have any stains, holes, rips, or other damage.
  • IMPORTANT: Failure to contact us regarding an exchange or return before returning an item(s) may result in the possibility of not receiving a refund or acknowledgment.

 For customers who do not have an account:

  • To initiate a return, you will need to Contact Us to our email and provide details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed
  • In the email add:
  1. Your order #
  2. The item(s) name and size
  3. The reason for the return/exchange
  4. How you would like to proceed (return for full/partial refund or exchange)
  5. If you would like to exchange the item(s), share what you would like sent instead (name, size and color)
  • You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • If Dear Modesty agrees to your inquiry, returns are on us and we will send you a return label to your email.
  • The item(s) must be in new condition.
  • The return item(s) should not have any stains, holes, rips, or other damage.

We strive to process your returns efficiently, and you can expect to receive your refund within a reasonable time frame. This timeline includes the transit time for your return to reach us (typically 5 to 10 business days), our processing time once we receive the return (usually 3 to 5 business days), and your bank's processing time for our refund request (typically 5 to 10 business days). We aim to make the return process as smooth as possible for you.
